Sunday Sketch & Stamp Challenge #32

Its my turn again but I'm on my hols so I've actually wrote this on the 21st June, only sometimes do I ever get organised on time and this is one of them :)
As you read this I will hopefully be in Spain sunning myself beside the pool not wanting to come home lol!!!

This time around I fancied a bit of embossing and my fav stamp at the mo is this Hero Arts one, it's just lush, hope you all like the sketch and join in with the rest of the design team x

Cullen Town Hall Charity Night & Wire

We held our first Ladies Pamper evening last Tuesday and it was a great success!! We had a great crowd out to support us and they all had a fab night being pampered from :-

Our final total has still to be sorted as there are bills still to be paid but we think we raised over £600 on the night :)

It was a lot of work and stress but we got through it with the Cullen Golf Club and in fact we are looking to sort another for the guys who couldn't make it so watch this space :D

I am in the middle of sorting the shop and the Craft Fair this weekend before going on hols but I did manage to get a play in. I am right into wire but really don't have time to make anything other than Tiaras so when I saw a pic of a wired birds nest in a mag I fell in love and just had to try, I am really chuffed and to my amazement it sold within 10 mins lol I have treated myself to some sterling silver wire to try it again, I think it would just set off the pearls better.

Sweet Pea Rubber Stamps Coming Soon!!!

I am very happy to announce that we have an order right this minute being created in lush rubber from the beautiful range over at Sweet Pea Stamps!!! You will have to be patient as they are made from scratch and coming from the U.S they will be here approx 4wks time :) but they are so worth the wait I'm sure you'll agree from the pic above!!

Gorjuss Girls Arrive Again

Managed to find these super sweets from the ice-cream shop that matched the girlie's!

We took delivery of the new card designs and the uber cute button badges :) they are just adorable & as I expected flying off the shelf!!!

And seen as I haven't shared pics of the shop in a while I took a couple today in the middle of stock taking :)
We will celebrate our 2nd birthday next week which is totally amazing and went by so fast, I have met some amazing people and created some special friendships.
I still find myself now and again sitting in disbelief that I live my dream, thank you to all my lovely customers for your support and kind words through the journey at Cullen Crafts x

Knitting Club Shout

I just had to share with you this amazing work of art which has been created by the lovely Chris from our Sat morning Knitting club, she hasn't quite finished it yet but I just had to take a picture to show as it's just beautiful!!! For a few weeks we have all watched her making these cute little square so when she appeared this week with some sowed we where all blown away, I am hoping to talk her into doing another for me :)

Anniversary & Fathers Day!!

My wonderful Hubby and I shared our 13th year of marriage apart yet again lol He was in Bristol & I was at home heehee I really am the luckiest girl in the world as he puts up with a lot from me and more so with his support over the last two years with my shop venture, he has always said my crafting hobby was going to give him a heap of trouble :)
Thank you my love for all those fab years, two beautiful children and here's to loads more xxx

Sunday Sketch & Stamp Challenge

Before we get onto this challenge I'd like to thankyou to all of you who took part and congrats to the winner of the Gorjuss Girl Kit :)

We not only have another wonderful sketch this time but the design team where also given a free digi image to choose from out wonderful sponsor, how lucky are we!!!
I used the new range of Inspire Me papers that we have in the shop, selling fast may I add, I knew you would all love them :)

There is a fab mix of colours, metal findings, lampwork, foil, acrylic and glass beads you best be fast thought as I expect they wont last long :)

We are quite simply bursting at the seams with stock at the moment & had to ship in three more stands to cope with it all

Finally I thought I'd share my latest order with you, I truly fell in love with this piece when it was complete, it is made with lush Pacific Ocean Swarovski Crystals and looks so much better in real life :)

Mojo Rising

Finally I am getting back on the mend and so it seems is my mojo, thankfully!!!
I'm trying to get some stock made for the Cullen Craft fair in July plus I'm off on mu hols straight after so I need to make sure the shop is well stocked before I head off or my Mum will not be a happy Mummy lol

On the note of my wonderful Mum I want to give have a massive shout out, with uber pride, for being successful in her interview today for Head Teacher at Glass Primary!!

Lush New Inspire Me papers

We are delighted to show you our new addition to the shop, the amazingly beautiful Inspire Me paper range :) Pictures really don't do it justice so you'll just have to believe me or get into the store quick to see what I'm on about cause they are proving very popular.
As you would expect I could resist and had a play with one of the card packs and a couple of the double paper packs, they where just quick ones and I have loads left over for more :)

Sunday Sketch & Stamp

I just love this weeks sketch and had so much fun with my new stamp & copics :) I ended up making it a good luck card as my Mum had an interview for a new job.
I added some Prima bling centres for some sparkle, green b/ground paper from MME, the brown card was made using distress ink from Ranger.

Craft Class Pics

Thought I'd share a couple of pics from our last craft class :) The ladies had a great time and are really up for the next which happens to be Friday 14th Rubber Stamping for beginners and then on Friday 28th there will be a 3D and Beyond class.

This is the new Flock paper from MME :) and named Lush which is very true!!! So lovely to work with and really only need min embellishments.
