Forever Friends & Elzybells

Not a great pic but I made the sweetest little candle's, one with rubber stamps & the other with the F/F rubber stamps, the card in the middle was a stamp from the very clever Ela at Elzybells, I just adore her work :) you can see how much further down!!

I recently made a swirl & flourish stamp purchase & have been eager to use them with some acetate the picture below is better but it look fabby in real life.

I have a last min card needing done as this little lady was not due for another 5 weeks!!!! so she got the F/F treatment with a little swarovski crystal on the 'i' of her name, might as well start her off young LOL

Well I was a lucky girl last week and took delivery of a couple of the luverly forever Friends rubber stamps from Do Crafts they are just the best. I can't wait to get the stock in, the sticker, stamps, papers are all fab & I'm sure will be a huge hit with the crafters!!!

As well as the F/F stash I took delivery of the above so I was a magga happy bunny :) they are the most fantastic stamps with the sweetest ever characters. They are doing down well in the store which is great a it's always worrying when you take a chance on something you love so much. There will be a fair few more cards to come I'm sure, I can't bare to sell the little darlings LOL

Home Alone :)

Well my kiddies are away for the first time with Hubs to check out his new flat in York so I am on my lonesome :) Not that I'll notice it much as I'm working LOL Got some playing done yesterday with my new blooms, I'm mad with myself I didn't order more of them, never mind.

We had the first Jewellery Class last night, we had a real hoot & many lovely earrings where created, role on the next one!

OOOOOOhhhhhhh thought I'd share by birthday prezzie from hubs :) :) isn't it LUSH!! I can now enjoy them every day in my office :) the pic isn't great so I'll try and get a better one!

SU Stamps!

I finally managed to get my hand on some SU stamps & they are just the best this little pick up truck as just fab & I can see that I will be using it a lot. I have joined a year club where we spend X amount( got to watch hubs might read!!!) and each month someone takes the turn of hostess, it's all very good fun and a great way to up my stash :)

The Great British Craft Tour

You know when you fill in forms etc. and weeks pass by and then you get a phone call right out the blue, well it happened to me yesterday with this lovely couple. A while ago I came across a link from the crafters forum to a blog describing this fab journey around the country looking for crafters, I thought it would be nice to join in so I filled in the form never thinking I would be asked!!! I received a call from Tjobbe asking if they could come by, they where really fab & very enthusiastic in the work crafters do, we had a chit chat while Tjobbe to lots of pics of the crafters gallery & my work, he even had me pose outside they shop- I am not looking forward to seeing that :( All in all a fab time meeting them, finding out about their tour and I'm looking forward to seeing what they get up too next, if you want to check them out pop over to

New Work!!

Been trying to get this finished for ages now!! still not quite complete but getting there, thought I'd better get it sorted seen as I'll be doing a workshop on it soon :)

Got some pics of the work from a couple of 14 yr olds who attended a scrapbook class last week, didn't they do well, their ideas where fantastic and I'm please to say they had a great time & plan to continue.

Still Here But Very Busy!

Got a few pics to share wil you from some cards I've made for the shop, I wasn't sure how well they would go down but I'm pleased to say I can't keep up with demand:)

This little knight was designed for the Chris Durnan design team using Chris's fab sheild template.

Well I'm very pleased to say I have been unable to update my blog cause I've been so busy with the shop & we had a week out as a family for a trip to Wales.

The shop is going way better that I could have ever expected, I'm thrilled to bits with all the lovely comments the customers have been saying and the fact they are returning is fantastic! I've met loads of new crafters and even had blog readers come in to see me which was brill, the craft club is going well, we have a fee seats still free so hopefully when word gets around we'll fill up.

I managed to get the studio sign up finally, only took me 7 weeks!!! looks pretty fab I think, I had my fist scrapbooking class last night which was really daunting but we all had great fun, I'm really looking forward to next weeks jewellery making class that should be great.

Calling All Crafters In The Area

Sorry I've not been in touch for a while I've been megga busy trying to get the shop sorted! life is just whizzing buy at some speed at the moment, it's pretty scary!!
The shop have a huge studio attached that I will be using for workshops 2/3 times a week which seems such a waste so I am looking to use it as a gallery or other artists in the area. I have a load of bookcases being put in along with shelving etc so plenty room for stock, as we also have huge walls so loads of room for artwork which is great.
The way it will work will be you price and label your stock

You will have a 3 month slot after which if you'd like you'll be added to the bottom of the artist list and given a call when the next slot is available

We'll arrange one day in the week for stock to be added and any payouts, we will take 30% com

Advertising will be done monthly through the Knock news and next year in NEOS
If you'd like to join us please pop and i can fill you in,

I'll be opening the gallery in the week after 3rd August due to me going in holiday.
