Docrafts Time

Thought I'd share with you my fabulous Valentine pressi from my hubster :D every year we say we ain't buying anything for each other and every year he doesn't listen lol I was gifted a stunning pair of Irregular Choice and he received Skyfall and some BBQ ribs :D
I will be missing in action this week as my kit has arrived for my next demo and I'm working on some bits for the wonderful Katy Godbeer over at Docrafts, I love my job!!!

Still Paper Cutting Of Sorts

Been missing in action again trying to get so many things done :D I've made cards but mostly i've been paper cutting while I wait for the next round of Docrafts goodies to hit the door mat11

Above is a sneek peek of a cut I'm doing for a famous crafty lady, I tried my hand at converting a photograph to cut for her just as a thank you and its a tricky one so good practice 

In our fabulous paper group with have monthly comps and this month was to design a book cover so I decided on my favourite genre Vampires but instead of going all twilight like you might expect I fancied the Bram Stoker look :D

This one was just a bit of fun to see how it would work, I really love doing the image cuts!!!

I did make a card this week, a very quick one but it still counts :D

Paper cut Silhouettes

My new hobby of paper cutting is taking over the shop :D All this work is hand cut using scalpel and tons of patience lol

Docrafts Chronology

I just can't stop playing with the latest range from Docrafts called Chronology, thought I'd share another make from my demo :D

Docrafts Chronology Range

The new Docrafts Chronology range is perfect for all the steampunk lovers out there and for men's cards which we all know can be difficult, well no longer thanx to these gorjuss papers, toppers & embellishment :D
I've created this 8x8 bookmark card, the bookmark is the sitting on the right hand corner of the card, the background was made using the gears from this months Docrafts Creativity magazine freebie which is a must, the globe card in my last post was made using the same freebie set.

Just wanted to share a few makes from the latest wonderful products from Docrafts. This round we have beautiful vintage, spots & stripes and the very lovely chronology ranges. They are just so beautiful to work with and as per usual they are so detailed and all work so beautifully.

Christmas 2012

Yet again all that stressing, shopping rushing around for one day :D but boy what a day, the kids had a ball, where spoiled rotten as was I and apart from a little Boxing Day shopping we have just chilled out as a family which is the best bit of all!!!

Paper Cutting

I've been missing in action of late trying to get stuck into design team work and when I get a spare 30 mins I've been getting stuck into my new paper cutting hobby, I'm addicted :D

I decided I should really try some of the 9.6k pins I have in my ever growing collection :D we are decorating our shower room and I saw this fabulous patten, we have ridiculously large high ceilings and all though this will take a while it should look great when finished :D

Paper Cutting By Hand

Recently I've been looking for something new/different to get my teeth stuck into and over in the land of wonderful facebook there is a Panda who helped Paper Panda, she has and amazing talent and is such generous soul, that much so she is sharing with other wannabe paper cutters how to get started!!! If you pop over to her facebook page and purchase a kit don't think this is a quick fix to earning some dosh you have to be in it for the long hall if you ever want to be as good as Panda :D

I am megga chuffed with how this turned out & can't wait to get started on mu next project!!!
